The program "Ticker" helps to organize the service incidents inside of any company. You only need to insert your customers and your special cases, after that, you are able to work with the program. Customers and employee are informed by Email about the actual condition of the incident.

Ticker helps to organize service desk work. Default database is MSAccess, other SQL-Databases can be used too, like MySQL. Output of lists as *.pdf files
